Youths hanging onto the back of moving buses.

Afternoon Residents, 

Last week several reports came in , regarding youths seen hanging on to the back of moving buses as they departed from Hyde Bus Station. 

We don't need to remind people how dangerous this is to do.

The CCTV footage has been requested by GMP from Bee Network and the surrounding areas , we will be looking to identify the youths  involved. 

Once identified Police will be visiting them and , if any of them reside in housing company properties then the housing officer will also be visiting and tenancy warnings will be given resulting in possible eviction as this is a breach of their tenancy. 

We would encourage all parents and carers to educate their child/ren about the dangers of doing this.
